Aside from showing her star power on Stranger Things, 12-year-old actress Millie Bobby Brown stunned us all with her scarily accurate rendition of Nicki Minaj’s verse on ‘Monster’ – and now she’s kicked another goal by appearing on her first ever American magazine cover.
The cover and accompanying shoot by Mikael Jansson sees Brown wearing punk-inspired looks in the black-and-white series, complete with studded battle jackets and combat boots. The interview also takes an unusual twist, with Brown being interviewed by her best friend and fellow young talent Maddie Ziegler – most famous for her breathtaking dance routines alongside Sia. In the story, Brown highlights how the two first met:
“I got tickets to go see ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ because I’ve been watching you since I was about 7, and I was crazy when I knew you were actually going to be on the show. And the whole show I was looking at you like, “Please let her look at me.” And then they told me that I could go backstage and meet you, and I’m literally, like, taking deep breaths, like, “Oh my goodness,” and then you were a normal human being. You were Maddie Ziegler.”
