Two Of ‘The Sopranos’ Biggest Stars Are Starting An Ep-By-Ep Podcast On The Show

Fans of HBO’s iconic mafia drama The Sopranos rejoice. We have some news that will excite you more than a few slices of cold Finocchiona from the fridge. .

Michael Imperioli and Steve Schirripa AKA Christopher Moltisanti and Bobby Baccalieri will be hosting Talking Sopranos, a podcast that gives us a behind the scenes look at the show episode by episode. Promising to have actors, directors and other off-screen members of The Sopranos team, including Imperioli who wrote five episodes of the show himself.

It’s the perfect excuse to go back and watch the series which won countless accolades and is considered by many critics to be one of the greatest shows of all time. Its infamous final episode sequence is something, however, that the two will not be focussing on as mentioned in the trailer:

In other Sopranos news, the show’s creator David Chase has been working away at the prequel film The Many Saints Of Newark which stars James Gandolfini’s son Michael as a young Tony Soprano. The film also stars Alessandro Nivola, Jon Bernthal, Vera Farmiga, Corey Stoll, Billy Magnussen, Joey Diaz, and Ray Liotta, and is set in New Jersey in the 1960s and 1970s. It’s due for release September 25, 2020
