Can’t imagine what she’s going through…
Today marks Vanessa Bryant’s first birthday since her husband Kobe and daughter Gianna passed away in a helicopter accident. No doubt she must be feeling all sorts of things right now. But hopefully she’s feeling a little closer to Kobe, as she recently found an unopened letter from him.
“Yesterday I found an envelope labeled ‘To: The Love of my Life. From, Tu Papi’,” Vanessa wrote on Instagram. “I waited to open one more letter on my birthday. It gave me something to look forward to today.”
She also revealed that Kobe, being the romantic he never shied away from, had a picture of her drawn with an angel on the card.
“The irony is that Kobe had a photo of me drawn with an Angel holding me up by an artist on the cover,” she said. “Missing the Love of my Life and my sweet little Mamacita- my fellow Taurus. Grateful to wake up to my 3 sweet girls today. Wish we were all together.”
Honestly can’t imagine what she’s going through, having already celebrated her and Kobe’s 19th wedding anniversary back in late April and Gianna’s birthday mere days ago.
