The man can do it all…

As if answering all our prayers, Hollywood funny man Adam Sandler dusted off his guitar and vocal chords to bring us a little bit of humour in these dark times, taking to the at-home episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to debut his bop ‘Quarantine Song’.The track pays tribute to the health care workers on the front lines of the pandemic in peak hilarity.

Armed with an electric guitar and an amazing voice, Sandler roared “Doctors brought us into this world as babies, and doctors take good care of your grandma … Nurses slap you around ’til they find a good vein, they wear Crocs — and they tell you the TRUTH!”.

Thats some real Bob Dylan level songwriting right there hey. Sandler definitely wasn’t done, not by a long shot, crooning “we’ve got to build some more ventilators and make some more masks. We’ve got to do it now, so let’s all come together. I’m teaching math to my kids, and that can’t be good for America.”

He ended the bop with “stay home as much as you can, be sure to wash your hands, let’s make this damn thing go away. We love you, doctors and nurses; you’re saving lives every day. Find a cure for this sh*t ’cause I really, really miss hugging my mailman.”

Super dope. Check out Sandler’s Grammy worthy tune below…
