Bit of Yorkshire twang…

We all remember that office tour Kylie Jenner game of the Kylie Cosmetic headquarters a while back, the virtual tour giving birth to that hilariously cringe “Rise and shine” moment. The vid was the topic of countless memes, remixes and spoofs, but now, a British comedian has gone one step further, dubbing the video with a Yorkshire accent.

From taking the piss out of the business’ origins “I recently won 20 grand on a scratch card and I thought, ‘I’m going to set up my own makeup business”, to “Got all me makeup there, all nicely laid out. Looks good, dun’t it? Obviously I didn’t do it, got one of me workers to do it, Sue. Shout out to Sue”, Steph strikes at the heart of British humour, and by god, it works perfectly.

The highlight of the video is easily the remix of “Rise and shine”. In the original video, Jenner gently wakes her daughter up with the sing-song before affectionately saying: “Oh my goodness, you have a mark from sleeping. You were sleeping good.” But it’s safe to say Steph is about 1000 times more savage and hilarious, instead opting for “So, this is my little lass’ room. She’s called Chardonnay. WAKE UP YA LAZY GET.”
