Dedication to the role…

Mila Kunis is definitely pushing herself as an actress in her latest role Four Good Days, portraying a drug addict struggling to make sense of the world as it collapses around her. And now, we’ve gotten a new clip from the anticipated film, which shoes Kunis’ character visiting her mother’s home (played by Glen Close), only to find that the locks have been changed; a proper kick in the guts for any person returning to their childhood home.

“We changed the locks last year after you and Eric stole the guitars,” Close’s character responds, adding a pretty harsh, but fair jab as she says “if you loved us you wouldn’t come back to the house until you were off drugs.” Then, she asks the question every addict fucking dreads, saying “Are you done or are you out of drugs?”

Kunis’ character doesn’t really respond, instead going on about how long its been since she’s seen her partner in crime Eric, but Close isn’t buying it, saying “I’ve heard this speech for ten years” and telling Kunis to not come back until she’s properly clean.

It’s definitely showing Kunis in a rare acting light we haven’t seen for quite a while now, and no doubt fans and critics alike will lose their minds when Four Good Days comes out on April 30. Watch the new clip from the film below.
