He’s even more cooked this time around…
After all of the craziness of 2020, Sacha Baron Cohen might just be the spark that sends us fully into chaos, dropping the trailer for Borat 2. Or, to stay true to its real title; Borat Subsequent Moviefilm: Delivery of Prodigious Bribe to American Regime for Make Benefit Once Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan.
Set to hit Amazon Prime on October 23, the trailer finds Borat over a decade on from the events of the first film as he’s convinced he’s become successful movie star, going so far as to disguise himself to continue conducting interviews with the public. The trailer also sees him isolating during COVID-19 with some random Southerners and even crashing a Republican rally, a scene fans are gonna absolutely relish when they get to see it in full. It’s actually reported that Cohen had to wear bullet proof vests during these scenes due to fears for his safety, which we’re not at all surprised at after watching the clip.
It’s understood that Trump and Jeffrey Epstein are gonna be major targets in the film, and knowing Cohen, he’s gonna be a fucking savage about it. No doubt it’ll be a hit when it drops later on in the month. Check the full trailer below.
