Deadpool is back with a third instalment, six years after the sequel…

And you won;t be shocked to know that there’s a multiverse crossover that sees the Time Variance Authority managers from Loki season two. They appear to kidnap Deadpool when he is celebrating his birthday and bring him into the MCU. As expected the fourth wall is shattered multiple times with Deadpool referring to himself as “Marvel Jesus.”

Though we don’t see Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, we do get to see his shadow as he draws his claws while standing over Deadpool towards the end of the trailer:

The film, which has contended with SAG-AFTRA strikes, Covid, and Reynolds’ purchasing of Wrexham FC, is expected to be release on July 26th this year.
