Perfect to pass the time…

NetherRealm Studios just dropped the new gameplay trailer for Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath and it’s already got us hyped af.

The trailer for the upcoming expansion DLC shows gameplay for new characters Sheeva (a grapple-style fighter who uses a shield and teleport stomp), Fujin (who uses a sword and crossbow in combat) and RoboCop (who has a variety of weapons such as pistols, flame throwers and shoulder cannons) tearing it up in typical Mortal Kombat style. Boasting some sick new moves and combos that are in no short supply of brutality, it appears this is gonna be the bloodiest Mortal Kombat instalment yet. The trailer also shows gameplay on four new stages including ‘Dead Pool’, ‘Soul Chamber’, ‘Kronika’s Keep’ and ‘RetroKade’.

There are also additional features for people who pre-order Aftermath, with NetherRealm Studios saying that those who pre-order will get the ‘Eternal Flash Skin Pack’, which features character skins such as “Unbound Rage” Scorpion, “Son of Arctika” Sub-Zero, and “Kori Power” Frost. There also seems to be a new RoboCop skin that hasn’t been announced yet.

It’s honestly one of the bloodiest gameplay trailers I’ve ever seen for a Mortal Kombat game, hell, for any game in general. Check out the trailer below.
