It seems like only yesterday that Alannah Walton was here at Life Without Andy headquarters, starring in her own Tuesday Without shoot. The 18-year-old model recently moved from the South Coast to the Big Apple, and just one week after doing so, she secured her spot in this year’s VS show. Making it an even larger accomplishment, it was also her very first international casting, so the future looks bright for this one.

After competing on Australia’s Next Top Model back in 2013, Duckie Thot has appeared in campaigns for everyone from Kanye West’s Yeezy collection to Rihanna’s Fenty line, but 2018 marks her Victoria’s Secret debut. The Sudanese/Australian model from Melbourne got into a car accident just 48 hours before the event on her way to a workout session – luckily, she walked away without a scratch and was able to turn heads in this career-changing moment.

firstly, Iโ€™d like to apologize for posting a little late- I had to take sometime for myself to process the week. 48 hours before the VS fashion show, I got into a car accident on my way to a workout session. Thankfully, I walked away without a scratch. The incident put a few things into perspective for me; no matter how hard youโ€™ve worked for something or how deserving you may feel, it can easily be taken away. Iโ€™ve dreamed of walking for @victoriassecret for as long as I can remember- watching women who inspired me year after year, I someday saw myself doing the same thing. God was watching over me in that car and he carried me through Thursday, I couldnโ€™t have done it without Him. Iโ€™m grateful and thankful for His support & infinite love. I challenge all of my followers to pursue your dreams, no matter how big they may seem! If you donโ€™t try to use your gift to share it with others, itโ€™ll terrify you. My utmost respect to all the beautiful women I got to walk alongside- I felt empowered by every single one of you. To my sister @leomieanderson I am grateful for your words of encouragement and happy we got to share this moment together. All my love to #Ed @monica.mitro @10magazine @johndavidpfeiffer and the entire VS team for seeing me. Itโ€™s been a true honor to do this show, I am so blessed to have had this moment. Lastly, Iโ€™d like to thank my guardian angel, my little sister Sarah- every step I took was for you. ๐Ÿ‘ผ๐Ÿฟ ๐Ÿ’•

SHANINA SHAIK

Shanina Shaik made her VS debut back in 2011, and while she hasn’t make the cut for the past two years, she returned in 2018 and proved that she’s still got it. “I didn’t expect that I would be doing the casting this year, in all honest truth,” the model admitted. “I was confident within myself and I was happy whatever the result.”

Kelly Gale will be returning for her fifth VS show since debuting back in 2013. The model says she needs a good night’s sleep and meditation before a casting, and it’s a routine that’s seen her called back again and again for the exclusive runway show. After securing her spot, things don’t get easier – Gale says that “in the lead up to the show I walk closer to 30 kilometres every day, workout two hours per day.”

Having turned heads at Australia, New York and London Fashion Week events, Subah Koj is now headed for the VS in 2018. Her family fled the war-turn South Sudan for Egypt before settling in Melbourne, and since, Koj has earned a stellar reputation on the runway.
