In their latest campaign for the new Air Zoom Elite 8 sneakers, Nike have enlisted some of the world’s fastest athletes to show the speed you’re in now way likely to achieve wearing these slick trainers to your local shopping centre. But if you’re actually heading to the streets, Nike say they will inspired you to run your ‘fastest mile’.

Starring in the oddly humorous advertisement is Kobe Bryant, Serena Williams, Wayne Rooney, Rafael Nadal, Richard Sherman, Odell Beckham Jr, Marcus Mariota, Mo Farah, Allyson Felix, Dion Phaneuf, Katarina Johnson Thompson, Shelly Ann Fraser Pryce, and Shane O’Neill.
