Silk. It’s nice to look at and even funner to touch, and that’s something that Pereira Fitzgerald have tapped into for their debut Resort 17 collection.

The womenswear label has just revealed a lookbook featuring sexy, sustainable silk garments that have been made right here in Sydney. The brainchild of Bella Pereira and Gemma Fitzgerald, the collection is filled with garments that’ll make you look bangin’ and also put your conscience to ease, with ethically sourced silk and manufacturing taking place locally. Inspired by luxury lingerie of the 1970s, there’s skirts and undergarments in the warm tones of peach and nougat, while they even offer overalls with a softened, feminine twist.

If you like what you see, Pereira Fitzgerald are offering a pre-order of their items via Kickstarter, where you can secure your goods before they ship out in December, just in time for Christmas. Treat yourself and gift yourself some silky goodness! You can see some of the Resort 17 collection below worn by the amazing Suzy Woo, photographed by Myles Pritchard and styled by Natalie Pluchinotta. Keep an eye out for even more from Pereira Fitzgerald in the near future, but in the meantime, there’s this:
