Have you got any friends looking to pioneer the ‘upmarket eshay’ look this winter? This new iteration of the Nike TN is made out of motherfuckin’ satin and we absolutely love it.

Last week we pondered the possibilities of the TN being available on Nike ID – and while that wasn’t to be, we don’t expect Australia’s obsession with the sneaker to stop. Nowadays, the Air Max Plus is a favourite for both inner-city hipsters and West Sydney speed dealers alike, and the focus on Euro-centric sports looks mean that the TN will continue to be a Foot Locker staple.

We imagine that this latest version is going to be a favourite for females and farshun bros, employing a satin upper which somewhat softens the brash silhouette. Has anything bad in the history of the world ever been made of satin? We didn’t think so. The iconic outer cage of the TN has also been melted into the body, arriving in the two soft colours of ‘Plum Fog’ and ‘Enamel Green’. If the name ‘Plum Fog’ doesn’t make you want to hand over your cash straight away, then there really is no hope for you.

While we already know a bunch of Australians screaming out for these joints, the sad news is that they’re a European exclusive, sure to be swallowed up by Serbian soccer coaches who rock full velour tracksuits. If you have a Euro connect, make sure you hit them up ASAP as the shoes will drop exclusively at Foot Locker on June 2.

Hopefully you can get your feet in a pair of these and show everybody how to do sportswear with a masterful dash of luxuriousness:
