It’s been a few years since Uniqlo arrived on Australian shores, showering us with versatile wardrobe staples of every colour imaginable, all year round.

With Uniqlo housing 12 stores in Australia and over 1800 around the globe, it’s clear that their approach is working: They develop ‘LifeWear’ for everyday adventures, ranging from sports-inspired technical outerwear to dapper peacoats suitable for a first date. While they’ve long had the basics game on lock, Uniqlo collaborations with everybody from Disney to KAWS has seen the brand explore the more graphic-heavy realm of apparel, and that’s something they continue in the Get Rad! collection with skate legend and musician, Tommy Guerrero.

The Californian pioneer and Bones Brigade member channels his DIY energy into the collection, which splashes skate slogans across a range of tees, sometimes alongside raw photographs of board action. With clashing colours printed on monochrome tee canvases, the Get Rad! collection certainly stands out – and already has us feeling like summer.
