The pop rock band will first perform at Perth’s Red Hill Auditorium on April 8, before additional shows at Adelaide’s AEC Theatre (April 10) and Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne (April 12).
Next, The 1975 will then head to Sydney’s Aware Super Theatre on April 14, before wrapping up their run of Australian shows the following day at Brisbane’s Riverstage. The 1975’s ‘At Their Very Best’ tour arrived hot on the heels of Being Funny In A Foreign Language, the band’s forthcoming album set for release on October 14. The quartet’s fourth studio record has been previewed by the songs ‘I’m In Love With You’, ‘Happiness’ and ‘Part Of The Band’, the last of which marked The 1975’s comeback single following their 2020 album, Notes On A Conditional Form.
Elsewhere this year, the band made their live performance comeback as headliners at both Japan’s Summer Sonic music festival and Reading & Leeds Festival in England. The Australian leg of ‘At Their Best’ will form part of The 1975’s broader world tour, which is currently taking the band across the US through to the end of this year.
