Prepare for two artists from completely different ends of the nostalgic spectrum to collide in this glorious video.

It was back in 2003 that Evanescence dropped the nu-metal classic ‘Bring Me To Life’ – complete with angsty lyrics, chunky riffs and a terribly awesome rap verse to boot. This band had the 2000s rock staple on lock – and now they’ve been re-imagined in a new video by some legend who deserves a standing ovation. Yes, Evanescence have been mashed together with The Wiggles.

It’s clear that The Wiggles are national treausres and everybody’s favourite children’s group, but the group have been playing sold-out pub shows to adults recently, showing that everybody loves a walk down memory lane. Now, the group’s happy-go-lucky anthems have become even more palatable to adults, or at least angry teenagers – with ‘Wake Up Jeff’ being subbed into the ‘Wake Me Up Inside’ refrain from ‘Bring Me To Life’.

This is genius. When we step inside any club this weekend, we would like this tune to be playing at full blast. Ladies and gentlemen, Evanescence meets The Wiggles – hopefully there’ll be a joint tour soon:
