Hard worker…

Sick as hell rapper Action Bronson has opened up on his dramatic weight loss in 2020, losing a whopping 125lbs (about 55 kgs) after pushing 400 lbs (181 kgs) for several years.

Bronson (real name Ariyan Arslani) says he owes it all to a significant change in routine and crazy dedication to the gym, claiming he’s been doing ‘the same workout as professional athletes’, while adding that there’s “no fucking magic tricks, it’s just hard work and dedication and consistency.”

The ‘Baby Blue’ rapper also opened up on the moment he realised he needed to make a change, pointing to a moment he got on the scales and saw his weight clock in at 375 lbs (170 kgs), saying that it hit him like a “Fuckington of bricks”. He also attributed his transformation to his son born in 2019, stating that the birth made him realise that he would ‘always want to be around’ for his family and that he needed to make a change.

It’s safe to say he’s done that and then some, his ridiculous morning routine involving a 4am wakeup (followed immediately by a protein shake), and then opting for a breakfast of two eggs, three egg whites, one piece of sprouted rye bread and an avocado. He then does 45 minutes of boxing with trainer Dave Paladino, which is bloody impressive considering this is all before 6am.

He also points to High Intensity Interval training as being super impactful, doing athletic circuits that target the whole body. He then always finishes with a hundred burpees or some other “ridiculous thing.”

Regarding his new food habits, Bronson admits he’s “kinda like a boring eater at this point” but being “more interested in food now than ever.”

He also made a sick has hell football analogy that we’re definitely gonna be keeping in mind, explaining one’s relationship physical health as “You’re playing quarterback with your own body. It’s all about decisions.”
