The Inner-West festival is back again this Easter long weekend with it’s biggest lineup to date, and a new location.

Anyone else feel like the last decade went pretty quickly? Perhaps that is what organisers of Sydney’s Bad Friday festival are thinking, having just announced that their Marrickville block party has reached the tender age of 10. Or perhaps they’re too busy slapping themselves on the back over 2019’s mammoth Sydney-heavy lineup of acts.

Britpop balladeers DMA’s will be headlining at the festival’s new location around the corner at Fraser Park, with Bad Friday’s first international act, UK soul outfit Jungle, coming in just down the list. DZ Deathrays will be taking time out from their ‘With The Lot’ tour to get up on stage, as well as Sydney indie darlings The Jezabels. Sample kings The Avalanches will be closing out the festival with a DJ set, and there’s plenty of local heavyweights making the grade as well.
