Before Rihanna stole all the limelight with her free album release this week, Beyonce took centre stage and dropped several bombs on us.

First was the surprise video clip for her new track, Formation. Following this, she absolutely crucified us with her outstanding Superbowl halftime performance today.

Then, while our hearts were on their very last beats, she announced a world tour. RIP us.

Due to a series of unfortunate circumstances, I’ve never had the pleasure of seeing Beyonce live before, so I was ecstatic. A world tour! That must mean she’s travelling to most of Earth’s continents, right? Wrong. For this “world tour”, Beyonce has failed to include Asia and Australia in her travels, and fans (including me) are distraught.

Queen B has announced 37 dates, spanning over the US, Canada and UK only, neglecting to include two very important continents in her classification of the Earth. Let’s pray that this isn’t the final announcement, and the Queen will grace is with her presence this year.
