Have you ever been camping and started to get bored of the food options available? Ever be heating up that eighth can of beans for the trip and thought, ‘I could kill for a decent meal’? Well this year at Splendour you can avoid those potential murder charges and satisfy your cravings for high quality grub with the help of Matt Moran’s much acclaimed restaurant, Chiswick.
That’s right, the Sydney restaurant is popping up backstage at SITG 2018 with an 80-person table overlooking a lake on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the festival. They are also teaming up with Smirnoff Vodka for some special beverages and Volkswagon for some luxurious transport to the pop-up.
The three course menu, which will be curated by Chiswick Head Chef Tom Haynes, features some mouthwatering dishes like spanner-crab and avocado tacos, Moran Family lamb shoulder, roasted beer-can chicken, and also comes with vegetarian and vegan options.
Tickets to the table are on sale right now for Visa Checkout customers. Head to their website to register before you hit up moshtix to book your seat.
