So many gems…

If there’s one thing we know for sure, it’s that the Aussie EDM scene is straight up bursting at the seams with fresh talent. Ranging across the vast expanse of the dance genre, our local acts never feel to deliver groove-ready hits that set fire to the soul. Whether it be tech house, disco, techno or drum & bass, it’s clear homegrown artists understand the cornucopia of electronic tunes in a way the rest of the globe doesn’t, and it’s for that very reason that our EDM scene is one of the most respected in the world. Aussie producers Go Freek and Flash 89 are two heroes helping to push that image, representing for Australia on the world stage as they churn out straight up sublime hits that hit deliciously hard and fast.

Thus, a collab between the pair would be nothing short of straight up fantastic. A collab that would rock your body and soul with the sweet elixir of dance and groove (see what we did there). But for real, ‘Body & Soul’ is a banger in every sense of the world. From high octane drums to funk-infused vocals and enough energy to overpower the sun, it’s clear the two maestros have perfected the formula of crafting hard-hitting tracks, and that’s more than evident on their latest offering.

Seems like they know what they’re doing right? Well, we managed to nail down the two EDM superstars to get the drop on the tunes they’re vibing at the moment. The bops they’re itching to drop live to electrify countless souls into dance-filled heaven. So get your playlists ready, as we’re about to drop a fucking trove of hits, a collection just perfect for your living room dance floors.

Go Freek

Lubelski – ‘The James Brown Track’

This is fresh! Minimal party starter, love the use of the sample!

Marco Lys – ‘That’s Right’

This is so sick party party love the switch ups and randomness, lets go!

Will Clarke – ‘Die With Me On This Dance floor’ (ft Daddy Dino)

Absolute warehouse bomb! this would blow heads off peak time and that’s what I like to see

Yotto, Cassian – ‘Inter’

Incredible synth work and melodies! This is a journey I can’t wait to go on with the fans.

Noizu – ‘Summer 91’

Love the 90s house vibes on this, would close out a set nicely.

Flash 89

Waze & Odyssey – ‘Always’

The hook in the original sample translates so well to the house rhythm written by Waze & Odyssey. Feel good grooves that make you wanna move.

David Penn – ‘The Heat’ (Quibiko Remix)

Bomb vocal and bomb groove to match. This is a bangerrrrrr.

Amine Edge & DANCE, Clyde P – ‘Saturation’

I feel like this one would go down well in an intimate dark room with the sub bass pumping.

Prok & Fitch – ‘Indiance’

Been hangin’ to play this record on a big system. The groove and that lead on the drop is certainly gonna get people sweaty.

John Summit – ‘Deep End’

Nice little groove from John Summit with a wicked vocal.
