They never miss…

UK EDM royalty and overall sibling goals Disclosure are back with some pure heat for their first release of 2021, following up their eclectic Energy album of last year with their new chill-house offering ‘In My Arms.’

The track sees the producer-phenoms stay true to their tried-and tested-formula of adopting hypnotic vocal samples and splashing it with waves of texture and production. As a result, the drums, accompanying synths and overall soundscape are super immersive, capturing this aspect of natural fluidity that was more apparent than ever on Energy singles ‘Mali Mali,’ ‘Get Close’ and ‘Tondo.’

Naturally, the boys have dropped two versions of the track, the first being a six-minute cut for the more intense, more obsessed fans (AKA me) and a more chill edit that stands at nearly four minutes long, the latter no doubt being the one that’ll  be put to task in clubs and radio stations across the world. Whether or not they’ll drop a VIP version remains to be seen, but considering how long they’ve made us wait for this new single, it’d be bloody rude not to.

Anyway, catch me bumping this on my next Zoom DJ/drinking sesh with the homies this Friday, and check it out in full (that’s right, the full six minute version) below.
