As he continues to tour the U.S. and announce upcoming shows, tech-house producer Dom Dolla is still finding time to put out bangers…

The latest form of it comes by way of his euphoric new single ‘Strangers,’ which features the silky voice of Mansionair frontman Jack Frogatt.

Dom’s production is especially refined in this cut, mellow synths and drums blending with Frogatt’s vocals with a distinct waviness.The bassllines and synths are on the atmospheric side as well, all colliding in the build up around 2:40 as the emotion of the track is maximised to a satisfying crescendo.

Lyrically Frogatt gets deep on the importance of choosing your words in the heat of the moment, all the while knowing your worth, which is more than ever evident on lines like “I won’t be your fool again.”

Speaking on the collaboration, Dom explains “After writing a few ideas together they remembered an old vocal idea they [Mansionair] had sitting on a hard drive they weren’t sure what to do with. As soon as I heard it I knew it had potential with Mansionair adding “It’s a song about treading carefully with your words in the heat of a moment, and knowing your worth.

“We’re so excited for you to hear it.”
