Just when you thought Falls Festival couldn’t get any bigger, they’ve gone ahead and dropped a further 29 acts to their East Coast lineup – meaning that Marion Bay, Lorne and Byron Bay are gonna have extra festivities over the new year period.

Inner-West larrikins Spit Syndicate will now be playing all three dates alongside Northeast Party House and Mallrat, while Marion Bay is the only date to get the notable addition of veteran rockers You Am I. Still, Lorne has picked up the biggest haul by far, scoring producers ranging from Feki to Generik to Kilter, while unapologetic emcee Baro will also be appearing in the Victorian edition of Falls.

There’s a catch: Lorne and Byron Bay have long sold out, but you can still grab tickets to Marion Bay and fly over to the West Coast for Fremantle’s fresh version of Falls Festival – with the crew promising more acts for the latter city coming very soon.
