Australia’s Number. 1 Strip Club DJ, Leon Smith will be returning to The Cliff Dive with his trusted compadre Nacho Pop, delivering another edition of their Illuminati Trillionaires takeover. This will be six hours of power, with at least four hours consisting of songs produced by DJ Mustard – if club rap is your flavour, then head down to see two of Sydney’s most seasoned selectors in action.

Whether it’s as a member of ever-influential clique The Herd or as a solo artist, there’s no denying that Urthboy has left his mark on the local scene – encouraging intimate and intricate storytelling with a refreshingly open-minded approach to new sounds. Low Ton are a little music collective who also make embroidered turtlenecks. Huge! We back turtlenecks in all forms. Tonight, they’ll be taking over The Chippendale Hotel with interstate act Habits, who will be bringing their “unique, thumping and v chic styles” to the stage for a live performance. Sportswear enthusiasts Tennis Boys will also be giving punters a dancefloor workout.

It’s a double header! Two damn EPs being launched on the same night is going to make for one hell of an event. Presented by FBi Records, local bro Klue will be celebrating the release of his Daybreak EP, while Ribongia will be launching the Escapisms EP. It’s all going down at The Factory Theatre, so expect a night of eclectic and worldly sounds.

This is very large. Former Sydney club institution and long-time electronica tastemakers Purple Sneakers will be celebrating a decade in the game, and they’re going all out for the double-digit birthday. The party is running for 12 hours across three stages at The Lord Gladstone, showcasing both live performers and DJ sets as well as some of Australia’s best emerging talent and tested favourites.
