Whether you’re locking down or turning it up, here are some tunes to sink into this weekend.

As Rebecca Black sang, “It’s Friday, Friday / Gotta get down on Friday / Everybody’s lookin’ forward to the weekend, weekend.” Which means it’s time to start thinking about those weekend tunes to go along with whatever shenanigans you’ve got planned, and we’ve teamed up with Jim Beam to help you with that, check it out below:

Fuzz – ‘Returning’

Ty Segall and co. have returned with a very Black Sabbath-y tune ‘Returning’ awash with huge guitars, a typically weird rhythm pattern, and some wailing solos. The track is from the upcoming album III, out October 23rd, and is the perfect track to blow out the cobwebs after a hard week or work…

Gunna – ‘RELENTLESS (feat. Lil Uzi Vert)’

Ready to shift into club mode? This one from Gunna, featuring a fire verse from Lil Uzi Vert, will have you shaking in your seat (probably literally as you will most likely have to be seated in whatever venue you attend)

BRONSON – ‘Keep Moving’

The new project from ODESZA and Golden Features has kicked wings off with an absolute banger. ‘Keep Moving’ is feeling like an anthem for 2020 TBH.

Allday – ‘OTT Remix F.t Kamakaze, Skizzy Mars’

Forgot how much we were loving this song, and it’s nice to hear some UK rap over the top of the beat that is largely reminiscent of The Streets. Big feels.

Cub Sport – ‘Be Your Man’

Another absolutely delightful number from our favourite Queenslanders. They’ve just released their new album Like Nirvana and you can get your ears on it everywhere you get music. This one is the perfect Sunday afternoon track to distract you from the oncoming working week…. nooooooooo.
