Having been previewed by both parties at festivals from Laneway to Ultra Music Festival, the studio version of Flume & AlunaGeorge collaboration ‘I Remember’ has now been released in all of its glory.

Last week, Flume finally announced that his sophomore album Skin would be dropping on May 27 – with the likes of ‘Wall Fuck’ and ‘Never Be Like You’ suggesting that it’s going to be an experimental and exciting listen. However, Flume’s not the only one dropping a new full-length – AlunaGeorge are also gearing up for the release of their album I Remember. Now, the title track has been revealed by Annie Mac on BBC Radio 1, featuring Flume on production for a subdued, catchy number.

The track came about after years of AlunaGeorge and Flume bumping into each other on the global festival circuit – and they’ve finally managed to squeeze in some time to jump into the studio together.

“[Harley]’s on the title track called ‘I Remember’ and it’s got a little Flume flavour. This is really nice because we have been bumping into each other at music festivals over the last few years. It was good to get together finally and do something fun in the studio. You don’t often get in the same place at the same time… so it was great,” Aluna Francis said.

Listen to ‘I Remember’ below, while we’re expecting both albums to cause serious waves when they drop:
