The Fresh Note series exists to uncover and showcase exquisite musical craftsmanship within Sydney, while capturing the undeniable beauty of both by way of the lens.

Percussionist Alexander Inman-Hislop’s 60 second solo piece is the debut offering of the Fresh Note series, the Sydney Conservatorium of Music scholarship recipient showing off his speed, precision and faultless timing in front of a jaw-dropping backdrop offered by South Bondi Beach.
The Fresh Note series is composed of short, original and purposefully-written musical vignettes, which we hope will shine a light on local music and film talent in front of and behind the lens.

Created by a collective of young professionals inspired by their love for Sydney, and their appreciation for the partnership of sound and the moving image.
