Our good pals in the One Dayers have been taking their stupidly fun block party across the country, and it’s been full steam ahead for some time now. While One Day Sundays editions in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth are growing rapidly, Sydney still holds the crown for the country’s largest turn-up, and it’s all going down once again this Sunday at The Factory Theatre.
Here’s some crucial updates before the weekend starts: The magicians from barbershop Fadez will be providing free haircuts from 1pm to 3pm, so you can get that hairline extra crisp before you hit the dancefloor. Additionally, The Island Boys food truck will be serving up steaming hot lamb rolls for a grand total of zero dollars. Keep your salad trimmed and your stomach full for free at One Day Sundays, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
On the decks we have staple One Day selectors Raph Laudren (Jackie Onassis), Lupi (Spit Syndicate) and Joyride. Guests include Sydney club veterans Nacho Pop and Shantan Wantan Ichiban, who will be bringing his eyeball-poppin’ AV show and energetic dancers to the gig. Local hip-hop mainstays Hau and JayTeeHazard wrap up the monster lineup. While pre-sales have sold out, there will be tickets available on the door.
Haircut. Lamb. Rap music. Good looking people. Count us in! See all the details over here.
