Masked producer Golden Features is making full use of this Friday, dropping the lead single from his highly anticipated debut album.

Having recently premiered on triple j, ‘Falling Out’ combines thumping bass, a catchy hook and plenty of pop appeal for a single that’s bound to be everywhere over the coming weeks. And while Golden Features has long established himself as a club and festival favourite here in Australia, he indicates that he’s focusing on songwriting and longevity with his upcoming project.

“This song for me was a step away from conventional club music and a step toward traditional songwriting. It’s incredibly important to me that this album was built on songs and not single use/disposable club cuts,” he says.
