It’s almost homecoming time for Hayden James.

He’s been busy smashing festivals and headline shows across Europe and North America, and come September, he’ll be premiering a new live show at venues across the country. And yes, Australia is ready: The vast majority of gigs have sold out, and with a new single ‘Just Friends’ in tow, it’s full steam ahead for the Future Classic producer.

‘Just Friends’ features the vocals of Boy Matthews and treads down James’ favoured route of smooth, emotive dance. It’s been a smash on commercial radio, triple j and the ARIA charts, and the video follows ‘just friends’ as they hit the town, visualising the tangled emotions that blur into romance.
