The rapper gifted $1 million to viewers across the globe during the Twtich roulette game

Drake won (and later lost) nearly $25 million overnight, as the rapper’s virtual roulette game with French Montana ended in largely empty pockets. During a Twitch livestream hosted by online casino Stake yesterday, the Toronto native collected $12.96 million and $11.95 million on individual bets, more than tripling the $8.5 million he started with.

Over the course of the game, however, Drake’s luck dwindled as successive bad bets left him with just $1,879 in his account. Joined mid-way through the night by the fellow rapper, Montana helped celebrate Drake’s initial wins, with the former introducing his longtime collaborator as “my brother, my twin, my lookalike.”

“You know what that deserves? Ah haaan!” Drake said upon his first million-dollar win, “and I got my special guest in the building, take a seat.”

Elsewhere, despite his losses, Drake gifted Twitch viewers with individual sums of $25,000, collectively donating $1 million to fans in Brazil, England and his home country of Canada. Drake’s losses are more than recuperated following a similar Stake casino game in May, when the rapper won a staggering $17.9 million on a single roulette during a livestream with Lil Baby.

Meanwhile, Drake’s previous $1 million bets on both MMA fighter Israel Adesanya and the Rams in this year’s Super Bowl paid off in spades. Watch Drake and French Montana’s Stake casino stream below:
