Sure there’s loads of huge Aussie acts playing The Hills Are Alive festival this year, such as Vera Blue, Kingswood, Didirri and more, but why not spice things up with a bit of comedy? THAA curators have just added sweaty funnyman Aaron Gocs, RAW Comedy 2018 winner Bec Melrose, Marcus Ryan, Lewis Graham, and Gavin Semple to their 2019 roster, which should put a smile on punters’ face.
Lanks, Cousin Tony’s Brand New Firebird, Mid City, Poppy Rose, and Steve Cousins have also been added on the musical side, with organisers announcing that after the 2019 installment they’ll be taking a bit of a break. So it might be one of your last chances to get along to the sprawling hills of the Insta-worthy festival.
