Alison Wonderland has a lot on her plate.

She’s just played a mammoth set at Coachella, becoming the highest-billed female DJ in the event’s history, and she’s about to do it all again at Weekend Two. Her new album Awake has just hit Number. 1 on the Billboard Dance chart, and her latest video, ‘High’ featuring Trippie Redd is doing the rounds on YouTube with some impressive numbers.

It’s been a wonderful journey for the homegrown producer, and while she’s getting love from all around the globe, she’ll soon be returning home for her own Awake launch parties along Australia’s East Coast, as well as a headline slot at Sydney event Curve Ball. Ahead of her visit, we chat to Alison about her album, Australian cricket legend Adam Gilchrist, and what she’s got in store:
