What happened then, other than thousands of people lining up to grab tickets, was a little bit of drama. A case as old as time, and one that’s becoming increasingly more common as touring margins get thinner, he skipped over Adelaide for the shows. And the Adelaide Jason Derulo fans weren’t having a bar of it…
Their petitions, comments spamming IG, and general outcry made it all the way to the pop powerhouse, and he has today announced that they have been heard, with an Adelaide show now among the September tour dates.
“Adelaide, I heard you! Due to demand, I’ve just added a new show at Adelaide Entertainment Centre Arena on Friday 25th September. The tour’s looking huge, tickets are selling fast, and I can’t wait to see you there this September,” Derulo said.

The newly added date will close out the Australian leg of the tour, which kicks off in Brisbane on September 17th before heading through Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
Not that Derulo needed much convincing. The man has spent the better part of two decades turning catchy hooks into an empire, racking up more than 250 million singles sold, billions of streams and a social media following that now sits somewhere around the quarter-billion mark. Casual.
Fans heading along can expect a career-spanning setlist packed with staples like ‘Talk Dirty’, ‘In My Head’, ‘Whatcha Say’, ‘Wiggle’ and ‘Savage Love’, alongside newer material from his latest project, The Last Dance (Part 1).

Tickets for the Adelaide show go on sale via Ticketek at 11am local time on June 4th. Given South Australians practically bullied this one into existence, we’d suggest getting in quick. TICKETS & TOUR INFO HERE:
