Artist Arthur Jafa has spilled the beans.

It seems that Kanye West is wasting no time in following up his Christian rap album of last year, Jesus Is King, with acclaimed artists/cinematographer Arthur Jafa letting it slip that he’s been working on visuals for a new single in an interview with fashion icon Michèle Lamy:

“It’s from his new record,” Jafa said. “It’s called God’s Country and this will be, like, the first single, I guess, off of it. I don’t know if I’m ’posed to not be announcing it or whatever. I may just be spilling the beans.”

He also mentioned that he expects the record will be coming sooner rather than later. “But yeah, it’s from a new record that’s forthcoming,” he said. ”I don’t know when the album is coming out but the single, I think, maybe sometime next week. Maybe. It’s not sure. It’s not definite.”

So far Ye has remained silent on the rumours, so we’ll have to wait and see just how much truth there is to this one. Check out the video below:
