Earlier this year, Kayne West was announced as a headliner at the annual, and infamous Glastonbury festival. Known for their support of rock legends, indie kids and treasured punk bands, the historically British line-up surprised everyone by revealing Kayne at the main slot alongside the likes of alongside The Who, Chemical Brothers and Florence and The Machine. In typical Yeezus steeze, he pulled out one of the best performances of his career and shocked crowds with his cover of Queen’s classic and English-anthem ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’.

Not even a petition launched with over 130,000 signatures trying to stop him playing Glastonbury could slow him down – instead, he pulled out a prolific set – with over 30 tracks and the apperance of indie-favourite Justin Vernon of Bon Iver for their collab ‘Lost in the World‘ and ‘Hold My Liquor’. While there may have been an awkward stage invasion, Kanye hit the mic calling himself “the greatest living rock star on the planet.
