Having teased it yesterday, we finally have the video for the year’s biggest song.

Kendrick Lamar has dropped the video for his chart-topping Drake diss track, ‘Not Like Us’, just in time for Independence Day. Co-directed with his pgLang partner Dave Free, the video showcases Compton and features local legends like Tommy the Clown, NBA star DeMar DeRozan, and producer Mustard, who subtly digs at Drake with a Toronto Blue Jays cap. TDE boss Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith also makes an appearance.

Kendrick takes symbolic shots at Drake’s OVO crew by smashing an owl piñata and staring down a caged owl. The video also highlights Kendrick’s family, countering Drake’s insinuations about his personal life.

Following Kendrick’s unity-filled Pop Out concert on Juneteenth in Inglewood, the ‘Not Like Us’ video continues that theme, turning the diss track into a summer anthem and a declaration of LA pride.

Will this reignite the Kendrick-Drake feud? Or will Drake respond with a sly social media post? And is a new Kendrick album on the horizon? Only time will tell. Check out the video and enjoy the song set to dominate the summer.
