Fresh off releasing the rampaging visuals for his latest single ‘Humble,’ Kendrick Lamar has dropped some big details about his forthcoming album, set for release on April 14.
Taking to Twitter, Lamar shared the cover art and revealed that the full-length will be called ‘DAMN.’ Moreover, he also gave us the tracklist, with the album set to span 14 tracks with only two credited guest appearances. But while the cameos might be sparse by hip-hop standards, they’re pretty impactful: R&B queen Rihanna will land on ‘Loyalty,’ while a curious U2 feature will grace ‘XXX’ – with the latter addition certainly raising a few eyebrows.
More recently, it has been revealed that the album will feature more guests who haven’t appeared on the official tracklist. Excitingly, Kaytranada has said that he’ll be on the album – and while he’s earned global fame for his serene production, he’ll be providing backing vocals on ‘Lust’ – a track with production contributions from BadBadNotGood:
