Somehow even more hype than last year’s ‘Energy’…

Sydney-based singer-songwriter KLP and frequent collaborator Stace Cadet are ending the week with a high-octane reunion, once again linking up for their new joint single ‘People Happy.’ The new tune comes after the pair scored 21st on the Hottest 100 for last year’s ‘Energy,’ along with spending ten weeks in Australian Shazam’s top ten along with a tonne of other accolades.

Their latest collaboration might just blow ‘Energy’ out of the water however, capturing pure rave euphoria with fast-paced drums and synths that’ll have you shuffling before you even know what you’re doing. And KLP’s vocals are on another level in the new offering, sounding equal parts psychedelic and indie as she smashes out the hooks and accompanying verses.

It all comes together on that mind-melding drop, KLP’s vocals erupting atop the various layers as they explode with electronic ornamentation. Both KLP and Stace Cadet really get to shine over the tune’s 2 minute and 40 second run-time, each going in as they create a off-chops rave right in between your ears.

It’s definitely a tune you’re gonna be hearing a bunch when you’re out this weekend, so why not get a head start on everyone else? Check out the new offering from KLP and Stace Cadet below.
