After years of bringing together Australia’s hard-dance community together for celebrations of hardstyle, hardcore and everything in between, KNOCKOUT OUTDOOR is upping the ante for this year’s festivities.
Announcing its return for September 30th of this year, the event will see a proposed 60,000 attendees (10,000 more than last year’s) once again descend upon Giants Stadium in Sydney. It’s a mammoth undertaking, and it looks like the lineup will be up to par, with the team behind the festival easing over 40 international and local acts in addition to an exclusive guest across three stages: The Stadium, The Pit – A and the Oasis.
Understandably, the Stadium will be the largest stage ever produced in the Southern Hemisphere and will be host to headline international acts, while the Pit will feature a raw/core dance lineup. However, if you’re in the mood for some of the classier dance tracks, the Oasis is the stage for you. Needless to say, there’ll be a little something for all dance lovers on the lineup.
To top things off, the official KNOCKOUT anthem will be produced by one of the headliners for this year’s event. It’s set to be a massive moment for Australia’s hard dance community, and place KNOCKOUT OUTDOOR right up with the likes of Defqon 1 in the Netherlands and more, with HSU Events founder Pete Finley adding, “The team have worked tirelessly to put together an experience for guests unlike anything Australians have ever seen before.”
Be sure to pack those earplugs and start mentally preparing, KNOCKOUT OUTDOOR is coming back with a vengeance. Be sure to head to their website here for more info.
