Already imagining the taste…

It seems even the biggest of stars in the music and sporting worlds are now opting for a sneaky side hustle or two in an attempt to keep the cash flowing. From Travis Scott and his $20 million USD ($26 million AUD) Maccas collab to LeBron James and Sprite, it’s clear that there’s definitely a market for the biggest artists the various industries have to offer. Well, now the queen, Lady Gaga herself, has secured a new deal with Oreo, and it’s safe to say she’s getting that bread with the latest release.

The new collab (which is out now) expands the world of the Chromatica album to include Oreo cookies, which are significantly brighter than their predecessors as they’re neon pink and stamped with a Chromatica symbol, along with each cream filling having a bright green hue (which Gaga no doubt would’ve had full creative control over).

Announcing the news, the cookie company took to Twitter to offer a sneak peak at the packaging, along with the caption “The news you’ve all been waiting for (and we couldn’t wait to reveal)… OREO x LADY GAGA packs drop today.”

Along with the announcement, Oreo dropped a cool as competition to win a signed pack of cookies from the queen herself, giving fans 24 hours to solve Gaga-related clues across Twitter. The first clue is “Forget postage stamps. In the world of Chromatica, this mother gets her own OREO cookie for ruling with kindness.” Get your detective hats on folks.
