Lara Andallo stays true to her roots.

Over the past few years, Lara Andallo has been absolutely killing it both in Australia and throughout Asia. Her elite flow, spicy beats, and neo-soul-meets-RNB stylings have pushed her to the front of playlists around the world – musically, she can effortlessly shapeshift while always staying true to herself, which is becoming more and more of a rare commodity these days.

We caught up with her in between her globetrotting to see what she could whip up on the Weber, and she did not disappoint. With true authenticity (Sprite and banana ketchup included!), she and Boo Seeka cooked a Filipino pork dish called Inihaw na Liempo, which translates to grilled pork belly. As you can see below, it was straight fire and such a simple cook-up on the Weber!
