If you ever need a house sitter Weezy…

California’s famous celeb neighbourhood the Hidden Hills has added another A-lister to their ranks, and he’s of the finest hip hop variety. Now, Lil Wayne himself has become the latest MC to put down some roots in the gated community, joining the likes of fellow musos like Kanye, French Montana, the Weeknd and, well, she technically has a song and is thus a muso, but the coolest Kardashian herself (Kylie Jenner of course).

It’s reported that Weezy copped the mansion for a crazy $15.4 million USD (20 million AUD), and it’s got the amenities to back it up. Sitting on 3.26 acres, the house itself measures a whopping 12,135-square-feet with seven bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a breakfast room, a wet bar, a refrigerated wine display, gym, and a home theatre. They all have the finest features and finishes as well, with the master suite having floor-to-ceiling windows and a stone bath, as well as the home theatre having a starry light ceiling.

Outside the property features a zero-edge pool, a basketball court, multiple patios, an outdoor kitchen and a one-bedroom guest house, which has its own bedroom, office, and full kitchen. Bloody hell, you’d literally never stop finding new features when living in a house like that.

The home is Weezy’s first West Coast real estate purchase and is the latest addition to his property portfolio, his last being a $16.75 million USD ($22 million AUD) mansion off the coast of Miami Beach. So it’s definitely in good company. Who knows, he might even live in it someday.

Sadly, we couldn’t find a house tour of the new crib, but we might’ve found something even better. Check out the first episode of Weezy Wednesday’s from 2014 to get a tour around Wayne’s 2014 crib (he probably doesn’t own this house anymore, but watching him enjoy an indoor skate park while showing off some 2014 gadgets is definitely worthy of a viewing). Check it below.
