The OG queen of gold hot pants and politically-infused party anthems M.I.A has released a new demo track through her twitter account.

Following on from her releasing ‘CanSeeCanDo‘ earlier this year through social media means, and almost two years after her last album “Matangi”, M.I.A is now offering further proof she’s busy in the studio she’s let loose a demo called ‘Platforms’. Sounding slightly rough around the edges – as unmastered tracks often do – the song is signature M.I.A with thundering percussion and her laid-back voice with biting lyrics. We’re hoping for an album in time for summer. Check out a bootleg of the track below before it’s gone!
