Along with a new music video…

OG Mac Miller fans rejoice, as the beloved rapper’s estate has a tasty little update for us to help tide us over into October. His iconic 2014 mixtape Faces, which is regarded as his best body of work, is making its way to streaming services and vinyl next month, more than five years since it was first released.

Criticaly acclaimed for its lyrical content and otherworldly production (a mix Mac was renowned for), the mixtape truly helped set the stage for Mac, who would go on to take the rap world by storm with albums like The Divine Feminine and Swimming.

Along with the announcement comes the release of a music video for Faces single ‘Colours and Shapes, which takes place in a mystical world that plays like a Disney movie on steroids. It also morphs into an outer-space epic, perfectly complimenting the ambient nature of the track.

The mixtape is set to hit streaming services for the first time on October 15th, with vinyls available for pre-order here. For now, check out the full video for ‘Colours and Shapes’ above.
