Now we know where those coordinates were pointing…

You might recall earlier in the week we mentioned that BROCKHAMPTON had something planned in Sydney to celebrate the release of their new LP ROADRUNNER: NEW LIGHT, NEW MACHINE. You know, when we talked about how they were giving away clues to everyone who pres-saved the album. Well, today the mystery is over. You can now find the seven-piece on Mary St in Newtown, as painted by local mural master Inari.

Wanna get up close and personal with (the painted version of) the group? We feel you. There’s a QR code on the wall that enables you to insert your good self into the album art, which means you’re pretty much part of the band… minus the money, fame, celebrity friends, and world-stopping talent.

And if you can’t make it to Sydney, at least you can drown your sorrows with ROADRUNNER: NEW LIGHT, NEW MACHINE. We have been playing it on loop since it dropped this morning and the LWA office reckons it might be their best album yet. Enjoy:
