New Frank Ocean Album On The Way
Is this real life or is this just fantasy?

If Kendrick’s new album barely rustled your jimmies, and news of a potential new De La Soul album didn’t at least make you bat a lash, then you should probably stop listening to Juzzy Beibs and educate yourself with some more tasteful tunes from our generation.

2015 so far has already been huge for African-American music, Kendrick dropped a full album, Kanye brought out ‘So Help Me God’ and Drake joined in the frenzy putting up ‘If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late’.
All three equally as brilliant as the next, but also polar opposites. Kendrick raps about Black-Liberty (and rightly so), Kanye’s talks about Kanye and Drake barely finishes a song without mentioning how emotional he is.

Enter Frank Ocean, R&B’s soul saviour.

Following the success’ ‘Nostalgia, ULTRA’ & ‘Channel Orange’ had upon Frank’s career, it is easy to understand his hesitation towards releasing new music. This was worsened by the (un)release of his less successful ‘unreleased, MISC.’ – a rambled compilation of tracks with no coherent direction.

Now two years after his last album, and with much careful consideration Frank is Back. Already having dropped two teaser tracks this year it seems Frank’s new artwork could be something to get very excited about.

ATM We can’t say much (cause we don’t know jack shit) however what we can tell you is that Ocean revealed an image and the words “I got two versions. I got twoooo versions.” #ISSUE1 #ALBUM3 #JULY2015 #BOYSDONTCRY on his website. We might be jumping the gun a lil, but are quite happy to if all is true.

Enlight of this, we  will leave you with his most recent eargasm, an Isley Brother’s original covered by Mr. Ocean dedicated to the late great Aaliyah Dana Haughton, the R&B singer who died an un-timely death in 2001 during a plane crash in the Bahamas.

So on this cloudy Wednesday, why not take a break from that depressingly painful office job of yours for five minutes so you can appreciate how god damn soft yet powerful Frank’s voice is.
