2017 is flying by, and now arrives some tempting options on how to welcome 2018 in style.

Taking place on The Farm – situated 90 mins outside of Melbourne – NYE on the Hill is the perfect escape from bustling city streets from December 30 to January 1. For this year’s edition, they’ve just leaked two headline acts ahead of the full lineup announce next week.

First up are the legendary Regurgitator, responsible for everything from the pop-tinged weirdness of ‘Polyester Girl’ to the riff-driven ‘Fat Cop’ – and also the band who recorded an album inside a bubble at Melbourne’s Federation Square back in 2004. Remember watching this on Channel V? Good times, fond memories, we love bubbles, bring back Jabba.

The second band to be announced today is Ball Park Music. Four albums in, they’ve firmly established themselves as one of the most consistent indie bands in the country, seemingly omnipresent on Triple J airwaves and award shows. Their latest effort, last year’s Every Night the Same Dream has set the stage for an expansive show come NYE.

The full lineup is dropping on Tuesday, August 8. Tickets will be available from Thursday, August 10 at 9:00am – grab them right here and head down to The Farm to re-evaluate your New Year’s resolutions:
