Let Haiku Hands inject a little bit of dance into your week.

Dance-pop dynamos Haiku Hands are at it again today, offering up another slice of bubblegum disco, with a side of international collab and a refreshing glass of album news to wash it down. It’s the kind of track that even a hungry writer who slept in and missed out on breakfast/coffee can enjoy on the way to the office – undoubtedly delicious.

“This song celebrates the fashion model art character within ourselves. We revel in the hilarious, tense, fun, ridiculous and utmost seriousness of these moments. Sofi Tukker jumped on this song after we toured with them for a month in the US. We ask ourselves, what should we do with our hands?” says Haiku Hands of the track.

“We met Haiku Hands on tour in Australia.” says Sofi Tukker, “After seeing them literally once live, we immediately asked them to go on tour with us. We’ve been good friends ever since. It was so fun working on this track with them. We love how they build in humour and choreography into their music.”

The track comes with the news that the trio will be releasing their debut self-titled record on Spinning Top September 10th. The 12-track album features the likes of Mad Zach, Machine Drum, Mirac, Elgusto of Hermitude and Lewis Cancut, and we’re anticipating it’s gonna be chock full of sizzling dancefloor anthems like ‘Fashion Model Art’. Stay tuned.
